This Club offers a 5 star experience for members and guests alike. I've been coming for over 30 years and they have always been gracious and accommodating, and have facilitating the most beautiful and relaxing vacations of anywhere I've ever been. The rooms and property are unique in every respect, exquisitely maintained and not at all like the hotels I stay in when I travel for work. This is place I envision when I'm stressed, and the picture immediately relaxes me. Love it!

I was invited here by one of my friends and I don’t regret it at all. This was one of the best vacations I’ve been on in a long time. The staffing was so nice! Axel at the front desk was really sweet and helpful, Francisco was really nice at the restaurant, Trinidad was a great room cleaner and overall a sweet woman, and Felix was the best!!! This place really is like home away from home. They serve some of the best food at the restaurant on the beach. They have a great clubhouse which has a pool table, foosball, puzzles, books, chess, checkers, etc. It’s so fun to be in there and just relax and have all these fun activities there readily available for you. The gym was always nice and clean, along with the walkways always be clear and clean. This is the place to be at with friends and family to have a fun time or even to just relax.

I’ve been enjoying Club Cascades for about 35 years, I’ve been an owner for over 25 years. It is quaint and luxurious at the same time. Staying at The resort seems to be enjoying Mexico as it should be enjoyed. No phones or TVs in any Villas yet every service is provided.

My wife and I purchased a small villa during its initial construction in !976 while on our honeymoon. It was not open yet but the Giddings excitement in the resort was infectious. Our first actual stay for our week was spring of 19987. The layout today is pretty much as it was in 1987 but over the tasteful and weak thought out improvements have kept our favorite vacation home the quaint full featured wonderful place that has brought us back 29 nine times. When we haven’t used our week we have gifted or rented the space. The restaurant has been up and down over the years but the last ten years have cultivated into quality across the menu with all tasted off Mexican, Tex- Mex and regional dishes with hamburgers and hot dogs for those of us that still eat like kids. We now have two small units on on lower level to accommodate our frailties of our friends and my wife and I.If you want to know what Cabo was like fourth yeas ago this little slice of heaven can give you a little peek.

Sept 5-8 2025 Celebration friend's 49th Birthday - 4 day mini vacation was perfect. I loved that our accommodation had a full kitchen. We had option to cook and or enjoy restaurant on site. Loved also they had a kid's pool and adult pool.

The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. It seems you're in the middle of a jungle cause the vegetation in the surroundings, birds chirping, etc. It has many facilities but the most beautiful is the beach. In this part of the bay, you can swim.

Fabulous club. Quiet timeshare absolutely beautiful grounds and villas. Employees are so friendly and most have been employed at the Cascadas for many years. Residence are long time owners. Great for older people and families with children. Not so great if you are loud or are looking for the noisy party scene. We are owners for 40 years and come every year. You will enjoy if you are looking fir paradise .

This private beach club should be rated a 5 star. Perfect location on the beach, with a unique view of the iconic arch, high quality full service restaurant and the most unique architechture ever! Love, Love love!
